Abstract
This article aims a) to raise awareness of culture and diversity issues in the context of mediation and dispute resolution practice, b) to provide some theoretical ‘frames of reference’ that enable us to analyse such differences and c) to offer some practical steps towards the development of culturally sensitive mediation practice.
