Abstract
The quantum mechanical amplitudes for a free, non-relativistic particle moving on a finite-dimensional, homogeneous space S/R are derived by applying first class constraints to a particle moving on the Lie group S, where the amplitudes are already known exactly. This requires gauge fixing, and gauge invariance of the final result is ensured by invoking BRST symmetry and employing ghosts.
