    Abstract

    Presents findings from a longitudinal study examining strategic change in a public sector organization in Great Britain. Examination of employees' reactions to strategic change over a prolonged period; Use of the term strategic change to indicate changes related to the strategic development of the organization; Consideration of employees' reactions to managerial interventions aimed at managing transformational and more incremental changes.
