Abstract
Presents a study which analyzed organizational recruitment and selection practice in order to establish whether at the beginning of the new millennium the outlook for the strategic variant should be viewed optimistically or pessimistically. Exploration of how practitioners, both line managers and personnel specialists, perceive the recruitment and selection process; Conceptual framework of strategic recruitment and selection; Primary feature of strategic integration.
