Focuses on public private partnerships (PPP) pilot projects in Ireland, an agreement between the public sector and a private sector company to provide an asset or service which has been provided by a public authority. Difference between monetary comparison and non-monetary comparison; Impact of the calculation and application of Public Sector Comparator, a hypothetical risk-adjusted costing with the public sector as supplier, on a PPP project; Effect of the discount rate on the results of an economic appraisal for a Public Finance Initiative project.
