Abstract
Presents the study "CEO Leadership, Top Team Trust and the Combination and Exchange of Information," by Jennifer B. Farrell and Patrick C. Flood, et. al., which aims to explore the connection between leadership and organisation learning by focusing on the impact of CEO transformational leadership and top team trust on the ability of the firm to combine and exchange information and thus enhance the learning capability of the firm.
