Abstract
The article discusses various reports published within the issue, including one on the content of psychological contracts by using multi-method design within a university in Australia, one the role of reputation as an intangible resource small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and one on the process of internationalisation through a sample of 80 SMEs in Ireland.
