Abstract
This study explores what relocation support is given to German expatriates assigned to the Republic of Ireland especially in the areas of on-arrival adjustment support and ongoing on-site adjustment support. It also explores the adjustment support given to the accompanying spouse. Furthermore, it establishes the degree to which those German expatriates and their spouses are satisfied with the relocation support they receive.
