Abstract
This article examines conflict engagement in the workplace, particularly in smaller
organisations. The attitudes to conflict of those in leadership roles can have a big
impact on workplace culture and practices and the performance of the
organisation. Through semi-structured interviews the viewpoints of leaders were
elicited and analysed.
