    Abstract

Patterns of academic library use and users needs and expectations have been changing in response to developments in education, technology and libraries in general. In line with its strategic plan and taking account of user feedback and statistics, the John Paul II Library reviewed its front-line services in 2007. This article outlines the review process and the implementation of changes that took place as a result.
